Any issues reported will be reviewed and resolved within a reasonable time frame based on priority and complexity. Support does not include new feature requests, design changes, or additional functionality that was not part of the original agreement. Such requests will be handled as separate paid work after mutual discussion.
Support is provided through email, WhatsApp, or other agreed communication channels during business hours unless otherwise specified in the proposal.
