All payments made to Inkara Digital are non-refundable once the project has started. This is because project execution involves immediate allocation of resources, time, tools, and team members.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for the amount already paid. In cases where a project has not yet started and cancellation is requested, the refund decision (if any) will be at the sole discretion of Inkara Digital.
