All projects undertaken by Inkara Digital are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the proposal shared with the client. This includes project scope, timelines, deliverables, payment terms, and support details.

Any changes or additions requested after project approval may affect timelines and cost and will be handled through a revised agreement or additional quotation. Delays caused due to late content, approvals, or feedback from the client may impact the delivery schedule.

By proceeding with the project and making the initial payment, the client agrees to all terms mentioned in the proposal and this policy.
